We aim to provide affordable flight simulators.
We design and manufacture cockpits for simulators. The product is assembled in Bulgaria, with electronic panels, avionics, and instruments selectively chosen from leading manufacturers.

"...I met a private pilot in Germany. He shared with me their struggles with flight simulators for General Aviation: difficult to find support and challenging to find a desktop flight simulator within their budget. All the flight simulators they were offered were as expensive as an aircraft. The pilots and the airport administration built a flight simulator training center with their own resources. However, they were struggling to maintain it and to acquire quality materials and solutions that cover all their aircraft models.

During my 7 years as a member of the Royal Flight and Para Club of Spa, Belgium I was unable to go to the airport frequently. I needed to train myself additionaly.

I decided to create a flight simulator, drawing upon my 30 years of experience as an IT engineer and private pilot. This is how I entered the world of flight simulators.

To my big surprise, I quickly discovered that there aren't many desktop flight simulator companies catering to small private aircraft on the market. While there are highly sophisticated flight simulators for commercial aviation, there are few options available for private use and these existing options are all but not affordable - not justifying the price, been out of the reality..."

The story - our agility

Aviation is highly regulated, but one would be surprised to learn that when it comes to interactive pilot training, such platforms are nonexistent. Often, humans are employed to simulate situations and guide through voice commands. Alternatively, pilots learn alone at home using online websites with static content, where they progress from case to case without experiencing real interaction or unpredictable situations.

Indeed, smaller companies like ours often have advantages when it comes to innovation and agility. Unlike larger corporations, we can pivot more quickly, adapt to new technologies faster, and make decisions with less bureaucracy. This agility allows us to explore emerging fields like artificial intelligence (AI) more readily.

In the context of the aviation industry, where safety is paramount, larger companies typically prioritize compliance with strict regulations and maintaining established safety standards. While these are critical for ensuring the safety of air travel, they can sometimes slow down the adoption of new technologies like AI.

However, smaller companies like ours with innovative mindsets can seize the opportunity to leverage AI in aviation. By developing AI-powered solutions, we can enhance various aspects of flights security, route optimization, and private pilots training flight experience. This can lead to more securre operations in the private pilots sector aviation.

Despite our size, we can make significant contributions to the industry by filling gaps in innovation and offering novel solutions that larger players might overlook.

VTOD EOOD is a company that has been engaged in cloud services since its inception.

The story - innovation

The owner of VTOD EOOD had previously been involved in several startups before establishing VTOD EOOD in 2009. The predecessor company, Website Concept, was an innovative startup composed of several developers who created various web-enabled solutions between the years 2000 and 2008. These solutions included one of the first online pharmacies in Europe, as well as websites for real estate featuring sliding images.

Some young people may laugh at the innovation of "sliding images," but around the years 2000, websites with sliding images were not common. All innovation stems from somewhere.

These web-enablement programs served as precursors to modern cloud solutions. Since the emergence of cloud services from Microsoft and AWS, the owner has remained involved until our days.

Being involved in the creation of the first transport worldwide solutions for barcoding and pioneering web interactions with databases in the begining of this century, demonstrates our ability to identify emerging technologies and leverage them to create groundbreaking solutions.

Our experience of developing everything from scratch, highlights our company's commitment to innovation and our willingness to push the boundaries of what is possible. This mindset of continuous improvement and exploration of new technologies position our company well to embrace artificial intelligence in the aviation industry.
